You can delete your child’s Webkinz account using a Parent’s Account that is set up in the Account Controls section of the Parent’s Area. Once you submit your request, your child’s account will be deleted after 7 days.
Also, if your child does not log in to their account for 18 months it will be archived. If an account remains archived for 7 years it will then be automatically deleted.
At any time during the seven year archival period, you may contact Customer Service to have the account reactivated or deleted permanently.
