Didn’t Get Your Loot Bag?

Unfortunately, if you attended a party and were unable or forgot to claim your loot bag, consumer support cannot replace your loot bag.  Only the host of the party knows what items were contained within the loot bags and all items placed in the loot bags are returned to the party host if any loot bag remains unclaimed after the party.  If you have hosted a party, and the items that you placed in loot bags that were unclaimed were not returned to you, you will need to contact consumer support for further assistance.
