I just purchased a Deluxe Membership and did not receive my eStore points?

If your eStore points are not in your Ganz eStore account, then you may have chosen the option to have them deposited into your Webkinz account. To find your eStore points, simply log into your Webkinz World account. Your eStore points balance will be visible to you to at the top of the page, to the right of your KinzCash balance.
