Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to track amounts of moneyz you previously had nor the current amount you do have in your Ganzworld account. We also cannot currently award moneyz into your account. If you did not receive the item(s) you purchased with your moneyz, we will forward your issue to the Ganzworld technical team and hopefully they will be able to correct the bug going forward.

Since the site is constantly improving, please feel free to send us any suggestions and comments and we will forward them to the Ganzworld team.
