I am not receiving my confirmation email

If you are new to GanzWorld and have recently created an account but did not receive your confirmation email, please make sure to follow the steps below:

1. Make sure you have created a GanzWorld account under your correct email address.

2. Check your email Inbox, Junk and Spam folder as perhaps the confirmation email was diverted to one of those folders.

3. If you have an antivirus software, please check the settings as it could have blocked the email from being received.

Unfortunately, we are not able to resend our confirmation email. Therefore we advise you to attempt creating another account again under the same email address.

If the attempt is unsuccessful, then try creating a GanzWorld account under a different email address (we recommend creating a Yahoo, Gmail or Hotmail account, as they have shown to be less problematic).

If that still does not work, please contact support about this issue and provide them with the email addresses you used during the registration process.
