My Zing Code is Not Working

If you are having difficulty placing a Zing on your account with your Zing Code, please double check that you are entering the code correctly within the "Enter Code" field within your Journal. Please ensure that you are putting in the correct security code within the "Characters" field. If you are having difficulty seeing the code, you can click on the circular arrow button to request a new security code. If you are still having difficulty, please click on “Contact Support about this issue” and fill out the required information.
