If you did not receive your code(s) from your purchase, please do the following:

  1. Log into your Ganz eStore account.

  2. Click on “Manage Account”.

  3. Click on “Order History”.

  4. Click on the order number for the specific order in question. Here, you can view your order details including your feature code(s) that you have purchased.
