I didn’t get my feature code

If you did not receive your code(s) from your purchase, please do the following:
- Log into your Ganz eStore account.
- Click on “Manage Account”.
- Click on “Order History”.
- Click on the order number for the specific order in question. Here, you can view your order details including your feature code(s) that you have purchased.
