I'm having loading issues within Amazing World

Amazing World features both a standalone version as well as a browser version. If you are experiencing issues loading the game from your browser, we suggest the following:

  1. Uninstall and reinstall Unity Player.

  2. Clear your temporary internet files, cookies/cache from your browser.

  3. Try to power cycle your modem and router by unplugging the power cord, waiting one to two minutes and then plugging it back in.

  4. Make sure you do not have any antivirus program blocking your connection.


Please note that the browser-based version of Amazing World runs best on the Firefox and Google Chrome web browsers.

If you are having difficulties loading the standalone version of Amazing World:

When you first open the game, it will fully download itself on your computer.  This can take a significant amount of time.  Please be patient while this occurs. After the game opens up, you will be able to log into your account and play Amazing World!

If you are still experiencing issues loading the game or being stuck at the loading screen, please try the following:

  1. Close out of the game and reload it.

  2. Uninstall and reinstall the game from your program list.

  3. Try to power cycle your modem and router by unplugging the power cord, waiting one to two minutes and then plugging it back in.

  4. Make sure you do not have any antivirus program blocking your connection.
